Return and Refund Policy

RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within this window. Items reported after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted for return.

ELIGIBLE REASONS FOR RETURN

Returns are accepted in the following cases:
●    Product received in damaged or defective condition
●    Product received is different from what was ordered (wrong item shipped)
●    Product is not functioning as described, despite correct installation and usage

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection by the customer, or compatibility issues that could have been confirmed with us before purchase. If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before ordering.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Returned items must be:
●    In original, unmodified condition
●    With all original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging included
●    Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Items that have been physically damaged, modified, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:
●    Products returned without prior authorisation from MODAXE
●    Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external damage after delivery
●    Consumable or single-use accessories once opened or used
●    Products purchased on sale or at a discounted rate (unless received defective)

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, contact us within 7 Days of delivery:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or a short video showing the problem. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days with next steps.

Do not ship any product back without receiving written authorisation from us first. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING

For defective or incorrect items, MODAXE will arrange return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 working days.

If approved, refunds are processed as follows:
●    Refund initiated within 2–5 working days of receiving the returned product
●    Credited to your original payment method within 7 working days of initiation

If you have not received your refund within 10 working days of our confirmation, contact us at modaxeindia@gmail.com with your order details.

EXCHANGES

If you received a defective or incorrect item and prefer an exchange over a refund, we will ship a replacement once we receive the returned product. Contact us to arrange this.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Warranty claims (for products developing faults after initial use) are handled separately from returns.
