V317 OBD II Diagnostic Scanner

A standalone OBD II scanner with a built-in 2.8-inch colour screen and an extended 8–36V voltage range — making it suitable for both standard passenger vehicles and a wider range of automotive applications. No smartphone, app, or internet connection required.

The V317 improves on standard handheld scanners with live data waveform graphing — visualise real-time engine parameters as graphs rather than just numbers, making it easier to spot intermittent faults and performance trends.

Note: The V317 scans engine systems only. It does not support Airbag, ABS, DPF, or Regeneration diagnostics. Not compatible with electric vehicles or hybrids.
